Phil and his wife, Sara, relocated to Austin from NYC and says it was best decision they could have made! Phil grew up in Montclair NJ, graduated from Syracuse University, and spent over a decade in hospitality before finding his career in real estate. His first stop, Brooklyn Group, a property management firm in Williamsburg Brooklyn, where he first plunged headfirst into the manic world of the NYC rental market. It was there that he first experienced the fast paced and big-business of leasing in the Big Apple, helping many new, New Yorkers relocate from all over the world to find their new homes to fit their new lives. As time progressed, previous rental clients became buyer clients, and Phil shifted the focus to helping buyers negotiate to close for properties in the very competitive market of Manhattan.
