Phil embarked on his real estate journey in Brooklyn, New York, with the brokerage Brooklyn Group. There, he specialized in leasing upscale apartments all across the borough. After mastering the Brooklyn market, he transitioned to Manhattan's Metropolitan Property Group, focusing on selling and leasing luxury properties throughout the city. His success extended throughout Manhattan, the Bronx, and Queens, and of course Brooklyn.
In 2017, Phil and his wife, Sara, relocated to Austin, drawn by its vibrant lifestyle. Continuing his real estate career here with Austin Luxury Realty, Phil quickly resumed his role and eventually earned his Broker's license in 2020. Today, he leads Easy Living Austin a full service brokerage and property management company, supporting buyers and sellers with a commitment to excellence in real estate and a special focus on leasing and property management, honoring his roots.
Phil is originally from Montclair, NJ, he attended Syracuse University where he met Sara. They both graduated in 2012 and married in 2019 at the Wildflower Barn nestled in the Hill Country just south of Austin. Recently, they celebrated the arrival of their first child, Nolan, born right here in ATX. Having firmly planted their roots, they have no intention of leaving anytime soon.
Phil's diverse background includes over a decade in hospitality, honed through his work in his parents' restaurant and catering company. This experience ingrained in him a robust service-oriented mindset, which seamlessly transitions to his role in real estate, where he consistently meets the high demands of both buyers and sellers needs.
Prior to entering real estate, Phil spent two years as a paralegal at the law firm Weitz & Luxenberg. This role provided invaluable experience in reviewing complex legal documents, requiring meticulous attention to detail and focus. Such skills prove essential in his current real estate endeavors, where he routinely navigates contracts for buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords.
